摘要
目的:对非普拉宗片的含量进行定量检查;方法:本品在丙酮中溶解,故选择丙酮作为溶剂。利用非普拉宗溶于丙酮后呈酸性的性质,采用氢氧化钠滴定液滴定。取本品适量,精密称定,研细,精密称取适量(约相当于非普拉宗0.5g),置锥形瓶中,加中性丙酮(酚酞指示液显中性)40ml溶解后,加新沸过的冷水6ml及酚酞指示液数滴,用氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定至溶液显粉红色并维持30秒钟不退。每1ml氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于32.04mg的C_(20)H_(20)N_2O_2。结果:非普拉宗在M=32.14V+2.5314范围内,线性关系良好(R_2=0.9998);精密度试验,平均值99.43%,RSD=0.41%;回收率试验,平均回收率99.3%。结论:该方法准确、可靠,重现性好,可用于该药品含量的检测。
Objective: content and quantitative examination of Feprazone Tablets; Methods: this product is dissolved in acetone,so choose acetone as solvent. Use of acidic properties after Feprazone soluble in acetone, using sodium hydroxide titration droplets. Put a proper amount of this product, the precise said, fine, precision according to proper amount(0.5 g) about the Feprazone, conical flask,and neutral acetone(40 ml of phenolphthalein indicator show neuter liquid) dissolves, add new boil the number 6 ml and phenolphthalein indicator liquid drops of cold water, with sodium hydroxide standard solution titration(0.1 mol/L) show pink to solution and maintain for 30 seconds. Each 1 ml naoh standard solution(0.1 mol/L) is equivalent to 32.04 mg C_(20)H_(20)N_2O_2. Results: the oprah winfrey of +2.5314 M = 32.14 V range, good linear relationship(R2 = 0.9998; precision test, the average 99.43%, RSD=0.41%, recovery rate test,the average recovery was 99.3%. Conclusion: the method is accurate, reliable, good reproducibility, can be used for the drug content detection.
