摘要 目的:建立离子色谱法测定复方氯化钠注射液中总氯的含量。方法:采用Shodex ICSI-904E色谱柱和Shodex ICSI-90G保护柱,以1.8mmol·L^(-1)Na_2CO_3+1.7mmol·L^(-1)Na HCO_3溶液为淋洗液,等度洗脱,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1),进样50μL,采用DZS-4电自生离子色谱抑制器,以电导检测器检测,氯离子(Cl^-)的含量按峰面积以外标法计算。结果:Cl^-的线性范围为6.0-14.0mg·L^(-1),相关系数(r^2)为0.9996;Cl^-的检出限1.2mg·L^(-1),定量限为4.0mg·L^(-1);Cl^-在3个水平的加样回收率分别为101.0%,102.5%和101.7%。结论:本实验方法灵敏度高,前处理简单,精密度与重复性良好。本方法适用于测定复方氯化钠注射液中总氯的含量测定。 Abseract Objective: A new method was developed for the determination of total chloride in compound sodium chloride injection by ion chromatography(IC). Methods: The analysis was performed on a Shodex IC SI-90 4E column and a guard column Shodex IC SI-90 G. 1.8m mol·L(-1)Na_2CO_3+ 1.7m mol·L(-1)Na HCO_3 solution was used for elution at the flow rate of 1.0 m L·min(-1). The detection was performed by a suppressed conductivity detector. The injection volume was 50μL. The assay was quantitatively complete by external standard method. Results: The linear ranges of the method for chloride ion(Cl-) was 6.0-14.0 mg·L(-1)(r2=0.9996). The limit of detection(S/N=3) of Cl-was 1.2 mg·L(-1), and the limit of quantitation(S/N=10) of Cl-was 4.0 mg·L(-1). The average recoveries of Cl-were101.0%, 102.5% and 101.7%. Conclis Ion: The results demonstrated that the system has the advantages of high sensitivity, simple sample pretreatment, nice precision and repeatability. The method is suitable for the determination of total chloride in compound sodium chloride injection.
