在人们的医疗健康需求与医疗资源之间矛盾日益增加,医疗改革日趋深化的今天,医院信访工作在医院管理中的地位和作用也得到了更加充分的体现。笔者从理论和实践中总结了关于在做好医院信访工作的体会,并从当前医院信访工作的重要性、医院信访工作的特征、原因分析和信访接待及处理办法等方面阐述了如何做好医院的信访工作。

Petition work is playing an increasing vital role in alleviating the conflict between people＇s explosive health care needs and rare medical resources. This artical is aimed at analyzing the importance, features and causes of hospital petition work from a professional hospital managerial perspective,summarizing out a feasible solution to the interview of patients,handling emergent cases and perfection of hospital petition work.
