大补阴丸加减治疗经断前后诸证临床疗效观察

Observation to the Efficacy of the Dabuyin Pill in Treating Women^Menopausal Syndrome

目的:探讨大补阴丸加减治疗女性经断前后诸证的治疗效果。方法:选取患者100例,随机分为两组,治疗组服用大补阴丸加减方药,对照组给予激素替代疗法,观察治疗前后主要临床症状的变化评价疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.00%、90.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:大补阴丸加减方治疗妇女经断前后诸证具有经济、安全、副作用小等优势,提高了患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective： To investigate efficacy of Dzbuyin Pill for treatment of femalemenopausal syndrome patients.Methods：100 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group serving dabuyin pill,control group received hormone replacement therapy（HRT）,and observe before and after treatment,curative effect evaluation of the change of main clinical symptoms. Results： the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.00%;the total efficiency of the control group was 90.00%;the efficacy of the treatment group and the control group had significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclution：Dzbuyin Pill in the treatment of female menopausal syndrome,safety,little side effect and other advantages,and has improved the quality of patients life,it is worthy of promotion.
