摘要
针对电网调度技术支持系统的分布式一体化运行需求,在分析传统数据采集系统和分布式一体化技术的基础上,设计了一套基于D5000系统(智能电网调度技术支持系统)的地县一体化分布式数据采集系统。该系统通过采用分布式数据采集系统负载均衡运行管理技术,基于公共信息模型(Common Information Model,CIM)的高速模型交换格式CIM/E的模型维护及同步技术,以及分布式数据采集实时数据共享和监视技术,提升了数据采集的采集处理和调度运行能力,保证地县一体化分布式系统的可靠性和高效性,从而满足未来大电网运行对数据采集的要求。
According to the operation requirements of distributed integrated technology supporting system of power grid scheduling system, based on the analysis of the traditional technology of data acquisition system and distributed integrated technology, we design a power distributed data acquisition system with integration mode based on D5000 system. This system uses a distributed data acquisition system of load balancing operation and management technology, the CIM/E mode/maintenance and synchronization tech- nology and distributed data acquisition sharing and data monitoring technology, enhancing the processing ability of data acquisition and operation, ensuring the reliability of the integration of distributed system and efficiency of city and counties, and meeting the needs of data acquisition of large power grid in the future.
