摘要
借鉴10 kV前期项目储备库优选综合评价方法,结合110 kV、35 kV项目,通过选取指标,寻找指标计算方法、确定指标权重及评分标准,形成了110(35)kV前期项目储备库优选综合评价体系,实现了110(35)kV前期项目的综合评价,项目优选排序,为投资规模和投资方向的合理有效控制提供了依据。
Reference to 10 kV prophase project reserve optimization and comprehensive evaluation method combined with 110 kV, 35 kV project, through selecting index, search index calculation method, determine the index weight and grading standards, formed the early stage of the 110 kV （35） project reserve optimization, a comprehensive evaluation system to achieve the early stage of the 110 kV （35） comprehensive evaluation of the project, the project selection sort, for the investment scale and the direction of the reasonable and effective control to provide the basis.
