广东省规模化猪场养殖模式及废弃物处理现状分析

Analysis on swine breeding type and waste management of large-scaled pig farms in Guangdong province

养殖模式与废弃物管理方式是影响畜禽养殖业发展的重要因素。介绍了广东省规模化养猪业环境污染现状、主要养殖模式、厌氧发酵系统在猪场废弃物管理中的应用及其运行效果等内容,建议规模化猪场应针对不同养殖模式特点,结合养殖场实际情况,采用相应的厌氧发酵系统工艺,提高猪场污水处理效率,加强废弃物的资源化利用,为全面了解广东省规模化猪场发展现状和污染治理模式提供依据。

Breeding type and waste management play important role in livestock development. /n this paper, environmental pollution status, main breeding type, application and monitoring of anaerobic fermentation technology in large-scaled pig farms in Guangdong province were discussed. It was suggested that pig farms should take proper anaerobic fermentation according to the properties of cultural model and their actual situation, improve the removal rate of pollutants and enhance the comprehensive utilization of waste materials. This review can provide reference for understanding ＂development and environmental control method for pig farms in Guangdong province.
