摘要
利用SCAR引物对359份未知育性的辣椒进行恢复基因的鉴定,结果显示,有35份材料有恢复基因特异条带,占比9.75%。恢复基因主要分布在小果型的辣味型品种和部分长果型(牛角形、羊角形)品种中。品种果实越大(横径越大)恢复基因越少,出现育性不稳定的比例也越高,即雄性不育系与亲缘关系较近的品种杂交易恢复,与亲缘关系较远的品种杂交易保持相一致。
In this test, we selected 35 fertility restorers from 359 breeding materials using SCAR primer, accounting for 9.75% of the proportion of the total. Restorer gene mainly found in small fruit and elongated fruit. The larger the fruit diameter, the less the restorer gene was recovered, restorer gene appeared unstable sterility higher, It was easier for hybridization of male sterile line with close kinship varieties, with distant varieties, miscellaneous transactions remained consistent.
