摘要
以某高校两名翻译硕士口译方向研究生和20位非英语专业大二学生为受试对象,探讨口译水平和准备程度对汉英交替传译忠实性、准确性及流利性的影响。研究结果表明:口译水平与译语准确性呈正相关,准备对提高译语忠实性和流利性具有正效应,但是对于口译水平较低的学习者,准备的功效也不大。基于以上研究,建议在平时的口译教学中,应注重英语基本技能和口译技能的学习,并加强口译实战训练。
This paper analyzes the influence of interpreting level and planning on performance in Chinese- English consecutive interpretation generated by two graduate students of interpreting studies and twenty non- English major students, which leads to the following results: there is a significant correlation between language skill and accuracy, and planning plays a positive role in improving faithfulness and fluency, while the low-level students enjoy a slight improvement. Based on the above findings, it is suggested that the interpretation teaching should lay emphasis on improving basic English skills and interpretation skills, thus enhancing the training of interpreting training.
