摘要
在就业竞争中,女大学生既具备一定的优势,又存在一些弱点。基于广西三所新建本科院校的调查显示,女大学生能自觉主动地提升自身的就业竞争能力,但在自我培养过程中也存在一些问题;高校积极加强女大学生就业竞争能力的培养,但也存在一些困境。这些问题与困境的出现,是女大学生自身内在因素和高校外在因素综合作用的结果。应分别从女大学生和高校出发改善女大学生就业竞争能力培养,提高女大学生的就业竞争力。
In the competition for jobs, the female college students both have certain advantages and disadvantages. Based on the survey of three new colleges, this paper shows that female students can consciously take the initiative to improve their employment competitiveness, but in the process of self-cultivation, there are some problems; there are some difficulties when colleges and universities actively strengthen the cultivation of competitive employment of female graduates. These questions arise because of female college students' own internal factors and external factors. Separately starting from female students and universities, this paper studies to improve the skill cultivation of employment competitiveness of female students,and their employment competitiveness.
