农村教师课程观与教材观的调查研究——以山西省基础教育改革为例 被引量:1

摘要 农村教师的课程观和教材观直接影响农村人才的培养。文章以山西省大同地区、吕梁地区、忻州地区、运城地区的344名农村小学、初中和高中教师为调查对象,调查了解了农村教师的课程观与教材观的现状,发现农村教师存在对课程编制不了解、课程实施不够灵活、教材内容与学生实际需要脱节等问题。针对这些问题提出了普及新课改理念、提升师资水平、协调各方资源编制教材等对策。 The Curriculum view and teaching material view of the rural teachers affect the training of the rural talents directly. Based on the survey of 344 rural teachers of primary schools, junior schools and high schools in Province Shanxi, this paper studies the status of their curriculum view and teaching material view, and finds that they do not understand the curriculum system, their curriculum implementation is not flexible, and the contents of the teaching material are out of line. To solve these problems, some countermeasures must be put into effect which are popularizing new curriculum ideas, improving the level of teachers and coordinating all of the various resources to prepare teaching materials.
