低频力学谱仪低温致冷装置的改进设计

摘要 针对目前材料低温力学谱测试实验中采用手动方式推送液氮致冷,温度控制受人为因素影响较大,存在温度控制精度不高、控制过程时间较长等缺点,提出一种低温致冷装置的改进设计方案.低温致冷装置通过温控仪和温度传感器自动控制试样温度,使得实验环境温度快速稳定在实验目标温度,实现温控过程的自动化,控制精度较高.同时,低温致冷装置还具有较强的推广与应用价值. The supply of liquid nitrogen in the low temperature mechanical spectroscopy experiment is handworked.It causes some problems, such as influences from the operators, low precision of temperature and long stability controling time. Thus an improved cryogenic cooling device is designed.It controls the sample's temperature with temperature controller and temperature sensor. The cryogenic cooling device makes the temperature stable quickly.It realizes temperature control automatically with high precision.Also, it provides a reference for other experiments which need cryogenic cooling devices.
