面向留学生开设“中华文化课堂”的实践研究——以苏州旅游与财经高等职业技术学校为例

Research of Chinese Culture Class for Overseas Students:A Case Study of STFI

苏州旅游与财经高等职业技术学校充分利用本校现有的中式烹饪、茶艺、书法、园林盆景、插花等具有中华传统文化特色,特别是苏州地域特色的专业课程优势,面向海外学生推出汉语言教学及我校独有的"中华文化课堂"活动体验课程.引导海外留学生尽快融入到在校的学校环境中,实际上也是一种跨文化意识的培养.而那些被校园多元文化辐射的在校中国学生,在与留学生接触的过程中,熟悉理解多元文化,学会彼此沟通,有效合作.

Suzhou Tourism and Finance Institute （STFI） provides Chinese culture and class for overseas students by making use of the existing teaching courses such as Chinese cuisine, tea making, and olive stone carving featuring Chinese culture, especially the local culture in Suzhou in order to help overseas students get used to the school environment as soon as possible. Actually it is the responsibility for vocational schools to convey the Chinese traditional culture to the overseas students and cross-cultural awareness will be built up throngh communication which happens between the Chinese and international students. STFI has the unique and innovative ways to develop the culture classes.
