摘要
毕节试验区拥有大量独特的人文与自然文化资源,但这些资源目前在国内外的知名度不高,导致这些文化资源不能在毕节试验区文化旅游发展中发挥更好的作用。"走出去"打响文化品牌,是毕节试验区必然的选择。毕节试验区文化"走出去"的策略重在以下方面:对"独异"的历史地域民族文化进行清晰的认知和定位,深掘潜力、把握机遇、创新文化"走出去"思维与模式,转变文化"走出去"类型。从以上角度着手,有助于使毕节试验区文化走出区域性的束缚和限制,更好地融入到国内外文化交流的良性互动中去,有利于增强毕节试验区文化软实力,推动毕节试验区文化旅游的发展,实现社会效益和经济效益的双丰收。
In Bijie Pilot Area, there are a lot of cultural resources of human and nature. However, without notability in China and abroad, these cultural resources cannot play a better role in the development of cultural tourism. The awareness enhancement of 'going-out' strategy is the inevitable choice for Bijie pilot area, which is focused on the following aspects: cognition and positioning of the 'special' regional culture, digging the potential, grasping the opportunities, innovating thinking pasterns of 'going out', shifting the 'going out' mode. The perspective above helps Bijie Pilot Area out of regional restrictions, better feed into the positive interactive of cultural exchange, strengthen Bijie cultural soft power, promote the development of Bijie of cultural tourism, and gain both social and economic benefits.
