Research on Revolutionary Innovation Path of Key Information Technology in China

信息技术的迅猛发展和广泛应用极大地改变了经济社会发展的形态和方式。探讨我国当前关键信息技术缺乏所引致的现实问题,研究影响突破创新的制约因素,设计相应的跃迁路径和战略对策,以期我国加快实现具有自主知识产权的关键信息技术突破。

The connotations and forms of economic and social development has been changed dramatically due to the rapid development and universal application of IT. This paper studies the economic and social problems caused by the development of IT, probing the major constraint on innovation activities, designing the relevant breakthrough paths and strate- gies. Therefore, it is hopeful for China to accelerate the key IT breakthrough owning independent intellectual property.
