摘要 北京大学校级科学仪器公共平台是国家和学校投入大规模资金建设的大型科学装置、设施或仪器群,是学校为支撑创新型人才培养、关键领域科学研究和多学科发展而进行的重要部署。学校通过平台建设,推动了教学和科研成果产出,促进了多学科交叉融合与共同繁荣,提高了资源使用效率和效益,汇聚和稳定了高层次科技人才,传播并推广了科技资源共享理念。通过分析平台的功能定位,阐述北京大学平台的建设现状,并重点围绕平台绩效考评、人才队伍建设、资源开放共享、经费保障体系、准入与退出机制等核心问题进行讨论,旨在与有关院校及科研机构的同行广泛交流,共同提高,为科学仪器公共平台建设贡献力量。 Peking university scientific equipment platform is large scientific equipment, facilities or instruments group built by a large--scale capital investment, is important deployment to support innovative personnel training, scientific research of key areas and multidisciplinary development. The construction of platform, have accelerated the teaching and research output, promoted the interdisciplinary integration and common prosperity, improved the effi- ciency and effectiveness of resource use, gathered and stabilized the high-level scientific and technological person- nel, diffused and popularized the idea of scientific and technological resources. Platform function was analyzed, plat- form construction status was described, the performance evaluation, innovative personnel, open sharing of re- sources, financial support system, access and exit mechanism were discussed, in order to communicate experiences and improve together with the peer of platform, to contribute for the construction of platform in universities and scientific institution.
