以重大技术突破和发展需求为基础的新常态下,战略性新兴产业是当前各国从长远角度发展本国经济、带动整个社会经济全局的重大发展战略。我国目前产业发展的重点在于加快经济产业结构的升级和培育,以技术型、节约型、环保型产业代替原本落后的产业格局,大力发展新兴产业推动国民经济的增长。本文研究了新常态下我国战略性新兴产业对策调整的背景以及发展的趋势,提出其存在的关键性问题,并针对这些问题提出解决的对策和建议。
