中国新能源装备产业集聚对技术创新的影响研究

Study on the impact of industry agglomeration on technological innovation in China new energy equipment

在政府政策支持以及社会资本的大力投入下,中国新能源装备产业得到迅速发展,在产值规模上跃居世界第一,但是处于全球价值链低端,在劳动力成本上升以及国外双反的背景下提升中国新能源装备产业发展的关键在于技术创新。基于2000年到2014年的面板数据,实证检验了产业集聚对新能源装备产业技术创新的影响。研究结果发现,新能源装备产业集聚具有一定的技术进步效应,在不同地区和行业具有较大的差异。最后就该结论提出了相应的政策建议。

Under the government policy support and social capital investment, China＇s new energy equipment in dustry has been rapid development, but lies in the lower of the global value chain, with the labor costs rising ,tech- nological innovation is the key to the development of China＇s new energy equipment industry . Based on the panel data from 2000 to 2014, the effect of industrial agglomeration on technological innovation of new energy equipment industry is empirically tested. The research results show that the new energy equipment industry agglomeration has a certain technological progress effect, in different regions and industries have great differences. Finally, the conclu sion is put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
