摘要
随着信息经济、知识经济向智慧经济的转型,创业也在经历着不断的转型和变化,如今迎来了"大众创业和万众创新"的热潮,鼓励全民参与创新和创业,对创业和创新给与政策上的支持,而作为万众创新的关键性人物——青年领军人才,是我国未来发展的关键所在,因此对于该类人才的培养也成为探究的热点。本文通过分析目前人才培养机制的不足,探讨青年领军人才应当具备的能力,最终形成适应青年领军人才的培养模式和机制,为今后创新型人才的培养提供借鉴。
with the transformation of information economy and knowledge economy to intellectual economy, en- trepreneurship is also undergoing continuous transformation and change now ushered in a public entrepreneurship and innovation and peoples' boom, encouraging people to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship, entrepre- neurship and innovation to give policy support, and as peoples innovative key figures young leading talent, is the key to the future development of our country, so for the cultivation of the talents has become research hotspot. This paper, through the analysis of the current personnel training mechanism, to explore the young leaders of the talent should have the ability, and ultimately to adapt to the training mode and mechanism for young leaders to provide reference for the future of innovative talents.
