摘要
以合肥地区高校本科生为研究对象,通过问卷、访谈和案例相结合的方法,对大学生兼职与就业关系进行研究。结果表明,大学生兼职动机积极向上,但所从事的岗位专业相关性和技术水平较低,对大学生专业实践水平的提升作用不大,对就业没有发挥出兼职应有的正向显著推动作用;相关性研究发现,在兼职影响就业的诸多因素中,兼职动机、兼职岗位的专业相关性、兼职带来的工作机遇和兼职对就业信心提升度与就业具有正向相关性,其中兼职动机、兼职岗位的专业相关性对就业影响显著。通过对实证结果的分析,从家庭、社会和企业、学生、高校、政府五个方面提出了大学生如何利用兼职构建就业跳板的对策与建议。
Taking undergraduates in Heifei City as the object, the impact of part-time working on early post-graduation labor market outcomes were analyzed in-depth by the method of combining questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews. The results show that students' part-time working motive is healthy and positive. But the professional and technological level of part-time positions of students are low, which just offers a little help to enhance the practical ability and restrain actively motivational role of part-time working on employment. The correlational study reflects that motive, professional relevance with part-time job, job opportunity brought by part-time working, upgrade degree of employment confidence have the positive effect on employment in many factors, especially the motive and the professional relevance with part-time job. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions on how to use part-time working to promote employment are put forward from five aspects of family, society and enterprise, student, college and government.
