加拿大职业教育学徒制对我国高职教育的启示

On the Modern Apprenticeships in Canada and Its Enlightenments to the Development of Higher Vocational Education in China

现代学徒制因其具有提高企业员工技术技能、加强企业文化传承的特点,加拿大职业教育学徒制更加值得研究和借鉴。加拿大学徒制具有完善的制度保障体系、国家财政经费的大力支持、政府和民间机构双重管理、满足职业急需的课程设置、互利互惠的校企合作模式等特点,借鉴其经验我国高职教育应实行现代学徒制应积极构建学徒制制度保障体系、根据平均需求灵活设置课程、采用税款返还制度。

Developed countries all gave the priority to apprenticeship system as the main mode of domestic vocational education development, especially Canada＇s vocational education apprenticeships being worthy of further study and using for reference. The apprenticeship system in Canada has the following features： optimal system guarantee system, great support of national financial system, dual-government of government and private sectors,etc.. Based on this, it is suggested the higher vocational education in China implements the modern apprenticeship should actively build the institutional security system, set up flexibly curriculum according to the average demand, and adopt the tax return system.
