现代职教体系下高职教师专业能力评价探析

On Evaluation of Higher Vocational Teachers' Professional Ability in the Modern Vocational Education System

摘要 从分析现代职教体系下高职教师专业能力评价的三个方面需求入手,提出了专业能力评价"三个基于"原则,构建了"双轮驱动七维度运行"的评价标准框架,并以南京科技职业学院为例论述了"两个实现,一个保障"的具体实施策略,使教师专业能力评价成为可能,旨在为高职教师专业发展提供更多可以评判的标准和可以实现的路径,使技术技能型人才培养质量得以提升,使现代职业教育得以推进. By analyzing three aspects of requirements of higher vocational teachers' professional ability evaluation in the modern vocational education system,we put forward"Three Based on"principles of the professional ability evaluation,and build the evaluation standard frame of "Two Wheels Driving and Seven Dimensions Operating". Taking Nanjing Polytechnic Institute as an example,we discuss the specific strategy of"Two Implementation,One Indemnification",which makes it possible for the teachers' professional ability evaluation,aiming to provide more judgment standards and realizing paths for higher vocational teachers' professional development,to promote the cultivation quality of technique and skill personnel,and to propel the modern vocational education.
