摘要
目的:应用二维斑点追踪技术(2D-STI)探讨前降支不同程度狭窄患者心肌应变及扭转运动特征。方法:随机收集60例前降支狭窄患者超声心动图,根据冠状动脉造影分组,狭窄<50%分为轻度狭窄组(A1),狭窄≥50%且<70%为中度狭窄组(A2),狭窄≥70%为重度狭窄组(A3),同时收集30例冠状动脉造影正常者超声心动图作为正常组(D组)。分别测量他们的圆周应变(circumferential strain,CS)及扭转峰值(Ptw)。结果:与正常组比较,轻度狭窄组CS及Ptw无明显变化,中度和重度狭窄组CS及Ptw有显著差异,且两组减低值之间有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:冠状动脉轻度狭窄时CS及Ptw无明显变化;中度和重度狭窄时CS及Ptw减低,且CS及Ptw变化与狭窄程度成正比关系。
Objective: To explore the myocardial strain and torsion motion characteristics in patients with different degree of stenosis of Left anterior descending artery by two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging(2D-STI). Methods: The echocardiography of 60 cases with stenotic of left anterior descending coronary artery were collected. According to the results of CCTA, coronary angiography stenosis 〈 50% were divided into mild stenosis group (A1) ; narrow acuity t〉 50% and 〈 70% for moderate stenosis group (A2) ; narrow 70% or higher for severe stenosis group (A3), and other 30 patients with normal coronary angiography echocardiography served as normal group (D). Their circumferential strain ( circumferential strain, CS) and reverse peak (Ptw) were measured. Results: Compared with normal group, CS and Ptw of mild stenosis group had no obvious change; CS and Ptw of moderate and severe stenosis group had significant difference, and there were obvious differences between the low reduction of the two groups of ( ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: CS and Ptw have no obvious change with mild coronary artery stenoses; CS and Ptw decreases with moderate and severe stenosis in. CS and Ptw change is proportional to the degree of stenosis.
