摘要
采用热磁分析与直读光谱分析等相结合的方法,对低碳贝氏体渗碳钢的冷处理特性进行研究。结果表明,低碳贝氏体钢在1193 K×10 h渗碳空冷后,冷处理特征温度为Mf=139 K。经133 K×30 min深冷处理和473 K×60 min回火,有效硬化层残留奥氏体量约为12.0%,最高硬度值达到800 HV1.0以上。
The characteristics of cryogenic treatment of low carbon bainite carburizing steel were studied by means of thermal magnetic analysis and spectrometric analysis. The results show that cryogenic treatment characteristic temperature (Mr) of the effective hardening layer in the steel is 139 K after carburizing at 1193 K for 10 h and air cooling. After cryogenic treatment at 133 K for 30 min and tempering at 473 K for 60 min, retained austenite content of the effective hardening layer is about 12. 0% , the highest hardness value reaches more than 800 HV1.0.
