改性BN陶瓷粉体对ZL101组织及力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了改性BN陶瓷粉体不同加入量对ZL101合金微观组织及性能的影响。结果表明,BN粉体的加入使得ZL101合金微观组织中的共晶硅由片层状变为短棒状,分布更加均匀,棱角圆滑;而且力学性能有所提高,加入量为0.1%时最为显著,抗拉强度由258 MPa提高到278 MPa,提高了7.8%;布氏硬度由78提高到93,提高了19.2%。另外,改性BN粉体具有一定的变质作用。 This study was carried out to evaluate the effect on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL101 aluminum alloy with different amounts of modified BN powder. The results showed that BN could refine the microstructure. The shape ofeutectic silicon turn from flakiness to short rod-like, eutectic silicon distributed more uniformly, the edge was slick. Moreover, BN powder increased its mechanical properties. When the addition of BN was 0. 1%,the tensile strength increased from 258 MPa to 278 MPa, and the growth rate was 7.8%, the hardness turn from 78 to 93, the growth rate was 19.2%. In addition, it had the function of modification.
