摘要
采用聚乙二醇、硅酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠3种分散剂分别制备了碳化硅泡沫陶瓷浆料,通过浆料的粘度与沉降实验考查了分散剂的种类、含量以及pH值对碳化硅浆料流变性及稳定性的影响。结果表明,当PEG和Na_2SiO_3的含量分别为0.6%和0.4%时,Si C浆料的粘度最低,流动性与稳定性最好;pH值对浆料的流动性和稳定性影响显著,当pH为10时,SiC浆料的流动性与稳定性最好;以0.2%的CMC作为分散剂,当pH值为10时,固相体积分数为65%时可制得性能良好的浆料,此时浆料呈现较强的触变性。
Three kinds of dispersing agents were used in the preparation of silicon carbide foam ceramic slurry, including PEG, Na2SiO3 and CMC, respectively. The effects of the type, content of dispersant and pH value on the rheological properties and stability of silicon carbide slurry were characterized by viscosity and sedimentation experiment. The results show that the slurry could have good stability and rheological properties when the content of PEG is 0.6 wt% and Na2SiO3 is 0.4 wt%. The effects ofpH value on the rheological behavior and stability of the slurry are significant, the slurry with 0.2 wt% CMC, pH value 10 and solid content 65% have good performance, and it presents strong thixotropy.
