Firstly, introduced some basic information about smog, and interpreted the serious harm what people were suffered from it by giving some examples, then made a comparative analysis among different air quality stan- dards of different countries. Moreover, pointed to the real reason resulting in Beijing＇ s air pollution. Finally, to smog governance, suggested that should take relative actions along with development, combine government and market, keep obligations and responsibilities of one＇s own, collaborate in all the levels and scheme ahead of time.
