摘要
运用DEA模型,采用2003~2013年面板数据对内蒙古国有林区及其区域内27个林业局的生产效率进行测算,结果表明：内蒙古国有林区整体全要素生产率处于较高水平;2011年天保工程二期实施以来,全要素生产率有进一步连续和明显的提升。
This paper analyzed technical eflqciency, scale efficiency, technical progress rate and total factor productivity of the stateowned forest region in Inner Mongolia and its 27 forest administrations. Used DEA model, choose the panel data from 2003 to 2013 to analysis. The results showed that the mean total factor productivity of the area is at a high level. Since the second phase of the natural forest resources protection project implemented in 2011, total factor productivity has further continuous and obvious improvement.
