Study on the Internal Governance Structure Perfection of Social Organizations in the Viewpoint of Rule by Law

作为经济与社会发展的重要力量,社会组织内部治理结构的完善和治理能力的提升至关重要。兴起于20世纪80年代的治理理论,为社会组织的生存与发展提供了理论基础,而十八届四中全会中关于法治建设的理论感召,则为我国社会组织内部治理结构的完善创设了实践背景。社会组织需要在财务管理制度、社会自律机制和社会问责机制等方面入手,加强和改进社会组织的治理结构。

As a significant force in the development of＂ economic and social development, the improvement of internal organization governance and governance ability is very important. The governance theory which rises in 1980s provides a theoretical basis for the survival and development of the social organization, meanwhile theo- retical appeal on rule by law in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee created a prac- tical background. Social organization should strengthen governance structure in financial institution, social self- regulatory and social accountability.
