摘要
目的:分析慢性心力衰竭患者在接受治疗过程中血浆脑钠肽水平的变化情况,并对其所具有的临床意义进行探究。方法:选择2013年1月-2014年8月期间在本院接受治疗的66例慢性心力衰竭患者作为本次研究的观察组。所有患者均给予β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂进行治疗,并在治疗前后对患者的血浆脑钠肽水平进行测定,对患者左心室收缩功能、左心室结构进行检测。选择同期在本院接受健康体检的66名健康人员作为本次研究的对照组。结果:观察组患者心功能为Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级时的血浆脑钠肽水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的血浆BNP水平、LVESV、LVEDV均明显低于治疗前,且以上指标均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的LVEF、SV、CO均明显高于治疗前,且LVEF和SV均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血浆脑钠肽水平可作为判定慢性心力衰竭治疗效果的一项重要指标。
Objective:To analyze the changes of brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment course of patients with chronic heart failure and research the clinical significance.Method:Sixty-six patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the observation group.All the patients were treated with β-blockers and angiotension-converting enzyme inhibitor.Before and after treatment, the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide of patients was determined,the left ventricular systolic function and construction of left ventricle were tested.At the same time,66 health people accepted physical examination in our hospital were chosen as the control group.Result:The difference was statistically significant in the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide of the observation group at cardiac function for Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ degree(P〈0.05). The plasma BNP level,LVESV,LVEDV of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and above indexes were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The LVEF,SV,CO of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment,and the LVEF and SV were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide can be used as an important indicator to determine the treatment effect of chronic heart failure.
