摘要
目的:分析比较腹腔镜与直视微创胆囊切除术治疗胆囊炎性疾病临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年1月来本院治疗的胆囊炎性疾病患者130例作为研究对象,按手术方法的不同将患者分为对照组(n=65)和观察组(n=65),对照组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,观察组行直视微创胆囊切除术,观察对比两组患者的临床效果,包括手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院费用、住院时间等。结果:两组患者的术中出血量、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术时间、住院费用分别为(56.28±6.13)min、(4568.21±101.53)元,均低于对照组的(61.43±9.35)min、(5768.34±163.44)元,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胆囊炎性疾病采取直视微创胆囊切除术的临床效果要优于腹腔镜胆囊切除术,操作简便,且安全性好,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic and direct-view minimally invasive cholecystectomy for eholecystitis diseases. Method: 130 patients with cholecystitis diseases who had received treatment in our hospital from January 2013 and January 2014 were selected as the research objects. According to the different surgical methods, the patients were divided into control group ( n=65 ) and observation group ( n=65 ) .Patients in the control group underwent laparoseopic cholecystectomy, whereas those in the observation group underwent direct-view minimally invasive cholecystectomy. The clinical curative effects, including operative time, bleeding volume, time consumed for activities out of bed, time for anal exhaust, cost of hospitalization, and hospital stays in the two groups were compared. Result: There were no significant differences between the two groups in intraoperative bleeding volume, time consumed for activities out of bed, time for anal exhaust and hospital stays ( P〉0.05 ) . The operation durations and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were respectively ( 56.28 ± 6.13 ) rain and ( 4568.21 ± 101.53 ) yuan, lower than the control group's ( 61.43 ± 9.35 ) min and ( 5768.34 ± 163.44 ) yuan, and the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Direct-view minimally invasive cholecystectomy is with better clinical effect than laparoscopie cholecystectomy in the treatment of eholeeystitis diseases, with simpler and safer operation, thus it is worth clinical application.
