温阳益气方治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭临床效果研究

Effect of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure Treated with Wenyangyiqi Tang

目的:探讨温阳益气方治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:收集2014年1月-2015年3月本院收治的冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者138例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组69例。两组患者均给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予温阳益气方治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候评分、LVEF、BNP水平。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者中医症候评分较治疗前均明显降低,观察组治疗后评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的LVEF较治疗前均明显升高,BNP水平较治疗前均明显降低,观察组治疗后LVEF高于对照组,BNP水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳益气方治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者疗效确切,可提高临床疗效,缓解临床症状体征,改善心肺功能,是一种安全有效的慢性心力衰竭治疗方法。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of Wenyangyiqi treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Method： 138 eases of chronic heart failure of coronary artery disease were selected from January 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital and considered as research subjects, they were randomly divided into the observation group （ n=69 ） and the control group （ n=69 ）, patients of the control groups were treated with conventional western medicine, the observation group was given Wenyangyiqi on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy of TCM symptom score, LVEF, BNP levels of two groups were compared. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . After treatment, TCM symptom score of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, post-treatment TCM symptom score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . LVEF after treatment of two groups were higher than before treatment, BNP levels was significantly lower, after treatment LVEF of the observation group was higher than the control group, BNP levels was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Wenyangyiqi treatment is effective in patients with chronic congestive heart failure, may improve the clinical efficacy, remission of Clinical symptoms and signs, improve heart and lung function, is a safe and effective treatment for chronic heart failure.
