多学科整合建设南宁市卒中平台初探

Preliminary Exploration of Multidisciplinary Integration in the Construction of Stroke Platform in Nanning

本文通过对多学科整合及卒中中心建设国内外研究现状的阐述,根据国内外最新卒中中心建设标准/指南,结合本院实际,在已经建立的卒中单元的基础上探索通过整合多学科资源创建先进的脑卒中防治平台。从卒中平台建设基础设施、组织体系建立和完善人员及设备的配置、标准化文件制定、诊疗技术的开展以及卒中平台建设所取得的成果等多个方面进行了探讨,对卒中平台建设在南宁市乃至广西全区综合性医院建立和运作的模式提出了初步构想和建设性的意见,从而探索出一条适合对南宁市卫生系统卒中诊断和治疗起到指导和示范作用意义的学科建设之路。

Through the muitidisciplinary integration and the present situation of domestic and foreign researches in the construction of stroke center, according to the domestic, and foreign latest standards/guidelines for the construction of stroke center and combining the reality of our hospital, this article is to explore the establishment of advanced platform for the prevention and treatment of cerebral apoplexy through integration of multi-disciplinary resources on the basis of the established stroke unit.This article explores the aspects of infrastructure platform construction of stroke, establishment of organization system, establishment and perfection of the configuration of personnel and equipment, making of the standardized documents, development of the diagnosis and treatment technology, achievements of platform construction of stroke and some other aspects.We put forward the preliminary ideas and constructive suggestions for the set up and operation mode of the platform construction of stroke in the general hospital of Nanning and the whole district of Guangxi so as to explore a suitable road for the subject construction which plays a guiding and exemplary role in the diagnosis and treatment of stroke in Nanning city health system.
