急诊流程图对外科危重患者抢救效果影响

The Influence of Emergency Flowchart to the Effect of Critically Ill Surgical Patients Rescue

目的:探讨急诊流程图对外科危重患者抢救效果的影响。方法:选取2012年8月-2014年12月本院收治的120例外科危重患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组各60例。试验组患者实施急诊流程图进行救治,对照组患者实施常规抢救程序,然后比较两组患者的救治时间、抢救成功率及满意度。结果:试验组患者的平均手术救治时间为(114.6±22.3)min,对照组为(162.5±15.6)min,试验组明显低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的抢救成功率为97.8%,对照组为72.3%,试验组高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组医生及患者对护士满意度分别为98.5%、96.3%,对照组分别为81.2%、72.9%,试验组均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急救流程图的应用优化了外科危重患者的管理,提高了急救科护理人员的工作效率。

Objective： To investigate the influence of emergency flowchart to the effect of critically ill surgical patients rescue.Method： 120 surgical critically ill patients in our hospital from August 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and controi group, each group had 60 cases.The patients of the experimental group were treated with emergency flowchart, the patients of the control group were treated with routine rescue procedures.Then the patients＇ mean operative time, survival rate and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result： The patients＇ mean operative time of the experimental group was （ 114.6 ± 22.3 ） rain, the control group was （ 162.5± 15.6 ） min, the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The patients＇ survival rate of experimental group was 97.8%, the control group was 72.3%, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . The satisfaction of doctor and patients in the experimental group respectively were 98.5% and 96.3%, the control group respectively were 81.2% and 72.9%, the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The applications of emergency flowchart can optimize the management of surgical critically ill patients, and can improve the efficiency of emergency department nurses.
