腹腔镜子宫切除术应用不同麻醉方法的效果对照评估分析

Comparative Assessment of the Effect of Different Anesthetic Methods for Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的:分析评估不同麻醉方法应用于腹腔镜子宫切除术的效果。方法:选择2014年1月-2015年1月于本院接受腹腔镜子宫切除术治疗的患者47例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用全麻,研究组采用全麻联合脊椎-硬膜外麻醉,观察比较两组术后情况。结果:研究组自主呼吸恢复时间、清醒时间、术后躁动、需要追加镇痛药物情况以及C反应蛋白、白细胞介素6水平均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全麻联合脊椎-硬膜外麻醉应用于腹腔镜子宫切除术临床效果好,值得推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of different anesthesia methods in laparoscopic hysterectomy. Method： 47 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the research group.The control group was given general anesthesia, the research group was given general anesthesia combined with spinal epidural anesthesia.The postoperative situationof the two groups were observed and compared.Result： The spontaneous breathing recovery time, recovery time, postoperative agitation, need for additional analgesic drugs and the levels of C-reactive protein, interleukin in the research group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： General anesthesia combined with spinal epidural anesthesia for laparoscopic hysterectomy is worthy of popularization and application.
