负压封闭式引流联合苦劳汤灌洗在肛周坏死性筋膜炎治疗中的应用观察

Clinical Analysis on Perianal Necrotizing Fascitis Treated by Vacuum Sealing Draina Combined with Lavage with Kulao Decoction

目的:观察负压封闭引流(Vacuum Sealing Drainage,VSD)联合苦劳汤灌洗治疗肛周坏死性筋膜炎的效果。方法:51例随机分为观察组26例和对照组25例,两组均给予常规处理,观察组加用负压封闭式引流联合苦劳汤灌洗。结果:观察组伤口愈合时间、平均每日换药次数、平均住院时间均少于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:负压封闭式引流联合苦劳汤灌洗能够有效地控制创面感染,缩短伤口愈合时间,减少换药次数,缩短住院时间,降低复发率。

Objective ： To evaluate the effect on perianal necrotizing fascitis treated by Vaouum Sealing Draina （VSD） combined with lavage with Kulao Decoction. Method： 5! cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, 26 cases in observation group while 25 cases in control group. Both groups were given conventional treatment. The observation group were given VSD combined with lavage with Kulao Decoction. Result： The wound healing time, the average tiroes of dreasing change per day, the average hospitalization time and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： VSD combined with lavage with Kulao Decoction could control wound infection, shorten wound healing time, reduce the times of dressing change per day, shorten hospitalization time and decrease recurrence rate.
