温阳益胃汤治疗血液透析所致消化功能紊乱临床研究

Clinicle Study on Disorder of Digestion due to Hemodialysis Treated by Wenyang Yiwei Decoction

目的:观察温阳益胃汤治疗血液透析所致消化功能紊乱的疗效。方法:60例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组用胃苏颗粒治疗,观察组用温阳益胃汤治疗,两组均连续治疗2个月。结果:两组治疗后体质量均显著增加,症状积分显著降低,ALB、Hb显著增加,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后症状积分观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),ALB、Hb显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳益胃汤能够改善消化功能紊乱症状,改善营养状况。

Objective ： To explore the effect of hemodialysis patients with digestive disorders treated by Wenyangyiwei soup,Methods： 60 patients with hemodialysis appeared digestive function disorder were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group, patients in control group were treated by Weisu granules therapy, patients in observation group were treated by Wenyangyiwei soup treatment, they were all treated for 2 consecutive months,Compared the the weight, the main symptom integral, nutrition index albumin （ propagated ） , hemoglobin （ Hb ） changes in two groups before and after treatment,Results： ompared with before treatment, the body weight were significantly increased, symptoms integral were significantly reduced, ALB, Hb were significantly increased after treatment in both groups, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05） ; symptoms integral in observation group after treatment were significantly lower while ALB, Hb were significantly higher than control group after treatment, the difference had statisticalsignificance （P〈0.05）,Conclusion： Wenyangyiwei soup can impr0ve digestive function disorder in patients receiving hemodialysis and improve patients＇ nutrition.
