补中益气汤联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

目的:观察补中益气汤联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。两组均予多潘立酮治疗,治疗组加用补中益气汤治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组90.0%、对照组60.0%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果:补中益气汤联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良效果良好。

Objective ： To observe curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with domperidone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Method ： 100 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with domperidine, 10 mg each time, 3 times each day. The treatment group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in addition. Result： the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90% while that of the control group was 60%. There was significant difference between the two groups in total effective rate （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with domperidone has good curative effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
