高粘度骨水泥治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察高粘度骨水泥椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的效果。方法:48例均采用高粘度骨水泥及其椎体成形系统治疗,对手术前后疼痛和功能改善情况进行评价并观察术中及术后并发症发生情况。结果:所有病例腰背部疼痛均明显缓解或消失,发生椎旁骨水泥渗漏4例,无其他并发症发生。结论:高粘度骨水泥具有瞬间高粘度、可注射时间长、低聚合温度、不易外漏等优点。
