电针治疗颈型颈椎病临床分析

目的：观察电针治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效。方法：72例随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。治疗组采用电针治疗，取穴颈4～6夹脊穴、风池、肩井、后溪（均为双侧）。对照组采用电脑中频殆疗仪。每日治疗1次，每周治疗5次，治疗2周后评定近期疗效，3个月后评价远期治疗效果。结果：总有效率治疗组91．7％、对照组80．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后两组NVQ积分均上升（P〈0．01），但治疗组上升更明显（P〈0．05）。复发率治疗组15．2％、对照组34．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：电针治疗颈型颈椎病近期与远期疗效均优于中频治疗仪。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on the neck type of cervical spondylosis. Method： 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in each group .The treatment group were treated with acupuncture treatment in cervical paravertebral point 4 - 6, Fengchi, Jianjing, Houxi （ both sides ） while the control group were treated with computerized intermediate frequency therapy apparatus. Daily treatment 1, treatment5 timgs a week for two weeks after treatment curative effect assessment, evaluation of long-term follow-up treatment again three months later. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7% while that of the control group was 80.5%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05） . After the treatment, NPQ integral of two groups increased, but that of the treatment group increased more significantly compared with that before treatment, There was significant difference （ P〈0.01 ） ,The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 15.2% while that of the control group was 34.5%.There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： The short-term and long.- term therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture treatment is superior to that of the computerized intermediate frequency therapy apparatus.
