摘要
为探明亚麻种子油脂及其功能特性,以不同亚麻种子为材料,采用脂肪测定仪(SZC-D)和CG-MS联用仪,对其出油率、油脂肪酸组成与含量及其相关性等进行了研究。结果表明,供试亚麻籽含油率变幅为30.12%~39.92%,平均值为35.00%;亚麻籽油主要含有的脂肪酸为琢-亚麻酸、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸,此5种脂肪酸的总含量占96.54%,其中,琢-亚麻酸高达50%左右。亚麻籽含油率与各类脂肪酸含量存在正相关性,但未达显著性差异。结合出油率和脂肪酸组成及含量分析,以中亚2号、日本3号、F2004023等3个亚麻品种较为理想,具有更好的保健油开发价值。
In order to explore the oil and its functional properties of different flax seed,the oil yield,fatty acid composition and its correlation were studied by means of fat analyzer (SZC-D)and C G-MS combination.The resuhs showed that the oil yield was 30.12%-39.92%, the average value was 35.00% ; The main fatty acid of flax seed oil were alpha-linoleic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, palm acid, and stearic acid, the total content of these 5 kinds of fatty acids accounted for more than 96.54%, in which alpha flax acid up to about 50%.There was a positive correlation between the oil content of flax seed and all kinds of fatty acids, but the difference was not significant.Combined with the oil rate, fatty acid composition and content analysis, the Central Asian 2,Japan 3 and F2004023 were more ideal ,which had a better value for the development of health oil.
