摘要
植物悬浮培养细胞是研究具脱分化和再分化能力的单细胞应答非生物胁迫机制的主要材料之一。分析了拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)、水飞蓟(Silybum marianum L.)、凹唇姜(Boesenbergia rotunda L.)、水稻(Oryza sativa L.)、泡泡刺(Nitraria sphaerocarpa L.)等5种植物悬浮培养细胞应对非生物胁迫的蛋白质组学研究结果,为全面理解植物悬浮培养细胞应答机制提供了线索。
Plant suspension cultured cells are good model for studying abiotic stress-responsive mechanism in single cells with dedifferentiation/ redifferentiation ability.In this paper,the stress-responsive proteomic data in suspension cultured cells from several plant species (e.g. ,Arabidopsis thaliana,Silybum rnarianum L.,Boesenbergia rotunda L.,Oryza sativa L.,Nitraria sphaerocarpa L.)were analyzed,providing new clues for further investigating the abiotic stress-responsive mechanism in suspension cultured cells.
