Present Situation and Suggestion of Graduate Education Quality

为全面提升研究生的培养质量,通过从不同角度对研究生培养质量现状进行剖析,从研究生质量整体下滑、教师教学不规范、研究生知识和能力结构对培养质量的影响等方面分析其产生的原因,并提出提前考察、"定向"培养,实时考核、动态培养,结合兴趣、联合培养,加强教师队伍建设、高质培养和进行教学内容方式改革、创新培养5个方面的切实可行的整改和监控建议,对相关高校院所研究生高质量的培养提供了理论参考。

In order to improve the quality of graduate education,the status quo of the cuhivation quality of graduate students was analyzed in the paper from different perspectives ,such as from the overall decline of the students＂ quality,lack specification of teachers teaching,the influence of postgraduate students＂ knowledge and ability structure on the quality of training.Five aspects of practical rectification and monitoring recommendations, shch as advance inspection,directional training;real -time assessment,dynamic training;combined interest,combined training;strengthen the construction of teachers,high quality training;reform of teaching content,innovative training were put forward.The theoretical reference was provided for the cultivation of the high quality of the students in colleges and universities.
