燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放工艺路线研究 被引量:48

摘要 燃煤电厂脱硫废水属于间断性排水,受煤质和工艺补充水水质等的影响,水质波动较大,主要表现为成分复杂、腐蚀性强、含盐量高、回用困难等特点,成为制约电厂脱硫废水零排放的关键因素。通过分析现有的脱硫废水零排放工艺,并进行可行性和经济性等对比,发现加药软化预处理-管式微滤膜-特殊流道反渗透-碟管式反渗透-机械蒸汽再压缩蒸发为最优的技术路线,完全满足现行的脱硫废水零排放要求,可以作为工程项目可行性的工艺方案。 Desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plant is discharged intermittently, and influenced by coal property and make-up water quality of processes, its quality presents big fluctuation, which can mainly characterized by complex component, high causticity, high salt content, hard to he reused and so on. Therefore, to realize the goal of zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater from power plant, all the above prob- lems have to be solved first. Through the analysis of current processes applied for desulfurization wastewater zero discharge, the feasibility and economical efficiency of those processes were compared. It could be found that, dosing softening pretreatment-TMF-SCRO-DTRO-MVR was the optimal technical route, which could fully meet the current requirement of desulfurization wastewater zero discharge, and could be used as a feasible process plan in future projects.
