摘要
某有机硅废水处理工程工艺调试过程中出现了预处理系统p H值调节不稳、油渣排除困难、絮凝沉淀固液分离困难,以及污泥处理系统调理剂投加位置不当、压滤机进泥缺少联锁控制等方面的问题,为解决这些问题,采取了增加或更改管道、设置联锁关系等措施进行改造。实际运行情况表明,改造后的系统提高了自动化程度和运行稳定性,降低了运行事故风险。
According to the problems such as: unstable adjustment of pH value, difficult fat dregs discharging and difficult solid-liquid separation by flocculation sedimentation, that occurred in the pretreatment system of an organic silicon wastewater treatment engineering during the debugging process, as well as the problems of its sludge treatment system included: improper sites for conditioner addition, lake of interconnected control of filter press sludge feed, and so on, a technology transformation with measures of adding or changing the pipelines, setting the interlocking relationship etc., were carried out. The operation practice indicated that the operation stability and the automation of the improved system were enhanced, besides, the operating accident risk was also reduced.
