摘要
针对某化工厂排放的U-GAS粉煤流化床煤气化废水成分复杂、有机物浓度高的特点,采用了预处理-IMC生化处理-臭氧氧化-曝气生物滤池组合工艺。给出了主要构筑物及设计参数,阐述了工程设计技术特点。该工程运行结果表明,在进水CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N的质量浓度分别为500、280、180 mg/L的条件下,出水水质可稳定达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准的要求。
In view of the fact that U-GAS pulverized coal fluidized bed gasification wastewater had characteristics of complicated component and high organic matters concentration, a combined process of pretreatment- IMC biochemical treatment-ozone oxidation-biological aerated filter was adopted. The main structures and design parameters of the project example were put forward with the technical features elaborated at the same time. The operation result of the engineering showed that, when the mass concentrations of CODcr, BODs, NH3-N in the influent water were 500, 280, 180 mg/L respectively, the effluent water quality was stable and could meet the specification for grade 1 in GB 8978--1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
