摘要
文章对长工时研究进行选择性回顾,结果发现:长工时带来的影响有正有负,对企业的影响偏正向,对员工的影响偏负向,对于企业而言,也并不必然带来业绩提升,在某些情况下,可能会降低员工表现;身体恢复与行为方式生活等中介机制在一定程度上解释了负面影响的原因;弹性工时等能调节长工时带来的负面影响,使长工时发挥更多的积极效应。文章最后对如何应用长工时提出了建议。
This paper makes a selective review on the study of tong working hours and hnds that: Long working hours ~ave both positive and negative impacts. They have positive impacts on enterprises and negative impacts on employees. They do not necessarily improve corporate performance for enterprises, and they may even reduce employee performance in certain contexts. The mediating mechanisms of physiological recovery and behavioral lifestyle explain the causes of negative impacts to some extent. Flexible working hours can adjust the negative impacts of long working hours, and make them play more positive roles. Finally, the paper puts forth suggestions on how to apply long working hours system.
