摘要
简要介绍新型双轴旋耕机的设计方案,提炼出设计工作中关于侧面布局的优化问题,建立侧边布局的优化设计的数学模型,分析总结优化方案和约束条件,形成侧边布局的多目标优化。运用Matlab优化工具箱中的多目标优化函数fgoalattain求解,确定优化的设计参数。按优化的参数设计制造样机并试验。
This paper briefly introduces the design scheme of new type of biaxial rotary cultivator, refines the optimization problem about side layout design work, establishes the mathematical model for optimization design of layout side, analyzes and summarizes the optimization and constraint conditions, forming a side the optimum layout. The optimal design parameters were determined by using the Matlab optimization toolbox of fgoalattain to solve the multi objective function. The prototype was designed and manufactured according to the optimized parameter, and it was tested.
