摘要
农家肥沤制成有机肥并还田是一项重要技术。主要介绍水平单圆盘式撒施器的工作原理,分析有机肥颗粒在撒肥盘上的运动轨迹,应用Matlab对撒施过程进行理论计算和仿真分析,模拟出有机肥颗粒撒施的实际过程,为台架试验提供理论基础,台架试验确定出撒施器主要技术参数的最佳值。
It is an important technology to made farmyard manure retting to produce organic fertilizer and return to fields. This paper mainly introduces the working principle of horizontal disc type applicator, analyzes the motion trajectory of organic fertilizer granules in the distributor plate, applies Matlab to carry out the theory calculation and simulation analysis in the spreading process, which simulates the process of organic fertilizer granule applicator, and provides the theoretical basis for the bench test, the optimum value of the main parameters of the applicator were determined in the bench test.
