摘要
结合新疆丰富的太阳能资源,设计一种新型、高效、节能的堆肥反应器,主要内容包括以太阳能电池板作为原动力来源、设计消除冬季气温影响的辐射热源集热器,设计推动物料的对旋搅拌结构,装有无线温度传感调控单元。以牛粪为堆肥原料,试验研究在该装置内对牛粪堆肥过程性能的影响,并与普通堆肥进行对比。结果表明:堆肥处理初始升温速率较快,在升温和高温阶段翻堆后,再次升温趋势明显大于普通堆肥且堆肥过程堆体空间各层温差总体小于普通堆肥。
This paper combined with abundant solar energy resources of Xinjiang, designed a new type, high efficiency, energy saving of composting reactor, the main contents include: The solar cell panel is used as the primary power source to design the radiation heat collector which can eliminate the influence of the temperature in winter. By using uses dry cow dung as compost material, made experiment on the influence of cow dung compost within the unit process performance, and comprised with ordinary compost. The result showed that: it has faster rate of composting at initial stages, after the heating and the high temperature phase of turning, heating trend again significantly higher than ordinary compost, The initial heating rate of eomposting faster, composting reactor temperature overall spatial layers less than ordinary compost.
